Offered in 3 models with increasing capacity; the ST-2, ST-3, and ST-4.
The ST-2 includes 4 bands, 2 per side. Suitable for children, teens, and young adults. Aids in practicing footwork for freestyle, butterfly, and backstroke. Recommended for athletes weighing 60-90 lbs.
The ST-3 includes 6 bands, 3 per side. Similar to the ST-2, it is effective in aiding footwork development. Recommended for athletes weighing up to 150 lbs.
The ST-4 include 8 bands, 4 per side. Similar to the ST-2 and ST-3, it is effective in aiding footwork development. Recommended for athletes weighing up to 215 lbs.
Functionally, the three trainers are the same, the only difference is in the number of bands provided. The bands can also be easily removed if needed so, a 200lb swimmer can use the trainer for one workout and, with a very quick turnover, set up the trainer for a younger athlete.
